Anax offers a 5-year workmanship warranty on all work, versus the industry-standard 2. Manufacturer system warranties are:
- BUR — up to 30 years
- SBS — up to 30 years
- TPO and PVC — up to 30 years
- EPDM — up to 30 years
- Fluid applied — varies by system
- Asphalt shingles (3-tab) — up to 30 years
- Laminated shingles — up to 50 years
- Wood and shake shingles — up to 50 years
- Slate shingles — up to 75 years
- Metal roof — up to 30 years
